  • There are conflicting reports whether he was found guilty of a bias crime. In any case, even the judge admitted that the bias crime statute was "muddled", which is prime fodder for an overturn on appeal.

  • Jim 1982319, if that happened I would certainly not kill myself over it. Most people would be embarrased by a video of a sexual encounter airing on line, but killing yourself over it is ridiculous.
